● Each group of guests can bring an infant under 2 years old to participate for free, excluded meals, seats and tickets.
● This product is a carpool service. Please understand that the stay time and order of the itinerary may change depending on the weather and road conditions on the day.
● The main corresponding language of the staff on that day will be determined according to the passengers participating in the day, and cannot be specified in advance, please be aware.
● If you have any allergic reaction to specific ingredients, please inform in the remark column when ordering to facilitate the arrangement. Without prior notice, it is unable to prepare on-site.
● If the attraction or venues need to be repaired or closed temporarily due to any circumstances or unexpected conditions on that day, staff will refund the group fare fee.
● In case of bad weather such as typhoon or snowstorm, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be decided by 3 pm Japan Standard Time one day before the tour date. We will inform you by e-mail or any communication software. If the tour decides to cancel, guests can either change the departure date or refund.
● There are certain risks and potential dangers in outdoor activities. Please evaluate whether your health and ability are appropriate before participating in the tour and purchase suitable travel insurance.
● In any case, if the passenger does not arrive at the meeting place on the day of departure, it will be deemed as giving up the departure and no refund is possible.
● Once the voucher is issued, it cannot be cancelled.
● If the scenery is not as expected due to any circumstances such as weather beyond our control, this cannot be used as a reason for compensation.
● You can choose not to follow the bus back to the departure point during the itinerary. Please inform in the remark column in advance. Also, please inform the staff once again and sign the guarantee for departure before leaving the group on that day.
