Overview


● Hitachi Seaside Park Visit a popular park in Ibaraki, Hitachi Seaside Park where we can see the transformation of Kochia (summer cypress) with vibrant autumn colour. Kochia comes from Eurasian Continent and in the past, its stems were dried and used to make brooms. There are around 32,000 Kochia in the park and they change colours in different seasons which are stunning. Not only Kochia but also cosmos would be found in the garden.
● Nakaminato Osakana fish market (Lunch is included) Visitors can walk around and eat the fresh seafood here
● Oarai Isosaki-jinja Shrine This shrine was built in 856 A.D. to bring luck for safety and wealth. The famous spot is the torii which is located on the coastline, namely Kamiiso-no-Torii. It attracts a lot of locals or foreign photographers to visit.
